Whilst I was wondering around Paris I came across the flagship Goyard store on Rue Saint-Honoré. It had these gorgeous Goyardine printed canvas trunks outside so I couldn't help but stop and snap a picture of my Look Of The Day.
The store was opened in 1834 after moving from 4 Rue Neuve des Capucines, where Louis Vuitton opened his first store in 1854, interesting right?!
Needless to say the store was stunning and steeped in luxury history, I was instantly captivated by it like a peacock.
Which is ironically what my Look Of The Day loosely resembles.
Makeup ~ [Eyes] M.A.C Dark Indulgence Eyeshadow - [Cheeks] M.A.C Stereo Rose Mineralize Skinfinish - [Lips] Thierry Mugler Pink Reflection Plexi Gloss
Lanvin Feather & Chain Necklace
Zara Fantasy Tweed Blazer - Felder Felder Ani-Kaleido-Print T-shirt
Topshop Burgundy MOTO Skinny Jeans - Fendi B Black Patent Bag - Eiffel Tower Keyring
Shoes: Lanvin Navy Satin Sneakers - Laces: Paperchase Teal Grosgrain Ribbon
I love juxtapositioning colours recently especially jewel tones and this teal and burgundy look is a perfect example. I also finally managed to track down one of the Felder Felder Tops I raved about last year at Fashion Week. I'm so glad I finally got my hands on one because as I mentioned it's perfect for spring.

DeleteGorgeous. I love your sneakers and the ribbon laces...I'm so jealous.
ReplyDeleteThey are gorg aren't they! you could do they laces with any shoes though, the ribbon is only like £3 from Paperchase. x
DeleteLove love the look!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Chiquis, Glad you like the look :) x
DeleteStephen Sprouse scarf?? Did you inherit it or was it a gift?? They are expensive and the authentic ones are rare these days....
ReplyDeleteI bought it myself back in 2008, it was hard to come by back then but I snapped it up when they rereleased it online. It has since increased in value a lot since I bought it and I think it is more widely available at Louis Vuitton now. There are a lot of fakes out there which a shame but the same thing happened with Mcqueen scarfs, nothing compares to the real thing though. x
DeleteI Adore the top. And I love the variety of textures in this outfit! And make-up is flawless as always :) x
